Abtastic

Today for thinking fit we concentrated on our core. Robbie told us that as a part of the body without bone structure it’s important to train our core section to remain tight all the time. Having a solid core helps you sit up straighter and have better balance.

We did planks, leg lifts, touch the sky, climb the rope and windshield wipers. We did each exercise for 20, 15, 10 and 5 seconds. Only allowing a short break between reps and exercises helps to tighten the abs. It’s also important to suck in your abs as if you are trying to make your belly button and back touch each other.

This workout was tough and it made me tired. I know I’m going to be sore tomorrow.
