For the past few golf seasons I’ve struggled on the back nine with a stiff back, tightening up, and other excuses for a higher score. I had tried to remedy these with stretching exercises done when nobody was looking, sports drinks and hydration and nutrition. Yesterday I was fortunate to play at a client’s fundraiser and, for the first time in years, felt none of these maladies.
