When Robbie Ray’s away

When Robbie Ray’s away…we’re still thinking fit.

While Robbie Ray was in Jamaica last week (and didn’t take of us with him), Kristen lead our workout. Since it was unseasonably cool, we decided to work out outside. We jogged down to the Museum of World Treasures as a warm up. For our work out, we used various parts of the surroundings around the museum. We used the entryway for lunges and sumo squats, benches for dips and the steps for quicksteps.

I think that is one of the most important parts about working out. Sure, a fitness trainer and a gym membership definitely helps the cause but working out can also be done using everyday objects. For example, you can walk or ride your bike to lunch instead of driving. A little can go a long way, and the saying is also true for health wellness and thinking fit.
